Not Guilty? Has America lost it's collective mind? Michael is free. But is he innocent? What do you think? Post your comments.

No he wasn't innocent. Something was off there and I'm sure things happened that shouldn't have. Whether he is guilty of all charges well I'm not sure. But too many other kids had these issues..wasn't this his second trial? I mean come on how many times can you keep getting away with this crap? I think it was agreed upon that he at least served alcohol to those kids. WHo does that? Someone who shouldn't be alone with children, that's who.

Well Daniel I wish more people thought like you! I was horrified by the jury. And then by the parents! I am totally against this kind of treatment

Sorry, but I don't know, what this is all about.

I never heard anything about that case.

Did he kill somebody?
Or rape children?

Please let me know, so that I can make my oppinion.

Although I have a kinda...
"own" oppinion about the american way of finding the right punishment.

Pascal, Michael is beleived to be a child molester here in the US and people I beleive let him off because of his celebrity and how the Judge worded the instructions to the jury

We have to remember that while on the jury, the evidance has to be brought forward and in doing so, we have to in all consciencous believe it to be 100% fact. Not 97% or 99%.

Many times, I suspect that the jury believes the guilt but they can not decide the case on their hearts.

We see many innocent people convicted of a crime they were no where near only because of the ideas and bigot feelings embreaded in them. Lucky for some of them, DNA now is releasing those that can afford to bring it up again.

I do not know if Michael is guilty or not. However, I feel that he is as accused by the children.

The stupidity of some adults makes it impossible to judge those accused by putting doubt in the mind. People also need to stop trying the case on anything but the facts. Just because you don't like a finger pointed at you does not make or break the facts.

I am extremely sorry to all the children of the world that are mistreated and abused. I am very sorry that we have sick adults in the world that hurt you.

Wishing you sunshine and roses.

Azurerose, very well said, what I am attempting to do is stimulate dialoge between people and hopefully gain some insight

Velma, why would anybody want to step to the money train? Let's keep him happy and making us money forget the moral majority. The people around him know he's sick but they will never try to stop him because the money is too good.

Velma, I appreciate the thought, but we are talking major money. Major Money has a way of affecting our very perception of what's right and wrong the line gets blurred. I feel that line is just gone in this case.

THOSE DAYS ARE LONG GONE VELMA, Did you see how Micheal treats the mother of his children. I use the term losely. I think I spelled that right, anyway I feel like the JW background is mute at this point. Did you see the Thriller Video, he addressed the JW thing, but the video said it all. His life style is something very different from Gary Ind. Look at Marlon, Randy, Janet, well maybe not Janet, but Rebe for sure and
all those guys are fine. In the sense that they stay out of the public eye!!
