Is it me or does the Post Office rip you off with the price of stamps? To tell you the truth they work hard, but I can't say I'm impressed with the way my mail is delivered. How about you? Is the Post Office and Mail Service great for you? I want to know.

Since the coming of age of email the p.o. out to be glad they have packages left to deliver if nothing else. They should have come down on the price of stamps if anything.Email has emptied the post office pockets.

don't dog the post office. All people do is complain about crap and then when the post office tries to fix it by hiring more personel or finding other solutions, which costs money, people want to gripe about how much postage costs. A mail man makes almost nothing. In states like Cal and NY they can't find people who are willing to work for the little pay they get to keep YOUR costs down. Postal workers make so little that it is hard to pay for housing and food in those states. People are willing to go out and pay $100 for crap they don't need and want to complain about the pocket change it costs to send a letter. If you cna't tell you hit a sour note with me becasue BOTH of my parents work for the Postal Service and the hard earned money they make has put me through college. Don't gripe about something you know nothing about.

Allthingsnew, I not dogging the P.O. I'm trying to get an understanding of how things are done. Why things are done in that way. I said they work hard and I respect that. They get goverment jobs, which is a great job, but I still have a right to express my opioion.

t1ernd0g, I have had about 95 percent great service, but it has failed me a lot. I'm just asking the question. I'm glad your experiences are positive,
